Trails Resort, Banglore

Nestled in Chikmagalur’s hills, Trails is a luxury resort blending pyramid-inspired architecture with modern comforts—offering 20 private pool cottages, event spaces, and immersive natural experiences.

The resort’s iconic design features pyramid-inspired structures that echo traditional South Indian temple forms, reimagined through modern materials and planning. The central reception block anchors the layout, leading into a fine-dining restaurant, banquet hall, and landscaped event zones that frame the guest experience.

The resort includes 20 private cottages, each with a private pool and jacuzzi, offering ultimate privacy and comfort. Complementing these are a banquet facility, outdoor pool and bar, and dedicated event spaces, making the resort equally suited for quiet getaways and large gatherings.

Challenge

Designing Experience in Terrain

  • Site Planning: The undulating terrain demanded a phased, level-sensitive layout to preserve views and minimize cut-and-fill.
  • Cultural Interpretation: Translating pyramid temple forms into functional, modern spaces required thoughtful reinterpretation and careful detailing.
  • Integration with Nature: Blending built forms into the natural setting while ensuring guest comfort and operational efficiency was key

Industrial

Logistics Warehouses, Abudhabi

The structural system adopts a 12 × 24 m pre-engineered steel grid, with floor loading capacity of 4 T/m² in warehouses and 3.5 kN/m² in offices, coupled with FM2 flatness concrete slabs. Supporting facilities include 149 car and 33 HGV parking bays across the two plots, along with office fit-outs, reception, prayer rooms, and staff amenities.

Sila Resort, Banglore

Sustainability is the foundation of the development. Local materials, passive cooling techniques, and minimal cut-and-fill strategies allow the resort to integrate with the terrain rather than alter it. The tropical design language, inspired by Bali, uses bamboo, stone, and timber detailing to create immersive experiences while preserving the natural ecosystem. Outdoor activities such as nature trails, bonfires, and coffee estate walks reinforce its eco-tourism ethos.

Theatre Building, Sharjah

This architectural marvel balances engineering ingenuity with audience experience: the structural schema employs strategically integrated prestressed shells and tensioned cables, creating a visually dematerialized structure. The result is the appearance of a hovering moon-shaped build—elevated above the cityscape, yet grounded in confident structural performance. High-impact zones like the stage thrust and rigging supports are reinforced with concealed trusses, all fine-tuned for static stability and dynamic vibration control.

Residential

Luxury Villa, Gokarna

The villa includes an infinity pool, private library, mini theatre, artificial beach, and landscaped tropical gardens—all designed for comfort and indulgence. The interiors blend local heritage with modern minimalism, creating a timeless and culturally rooted living environment.

Commercial

Texture Mall, Dubai

Working closely with the contractor, client team, and design consultants, we applied an integrated, multidisciplinary approach—bringing together architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist systems to identify overlaps, re-specify inefficient elements, and streamline construction methods. Regular coordination ensured alignment across all disciplines and seamless implementation of VE changes.
