Reshma Mariam Kurien is a highly accomplished Lead Structural Engineer at BuildNG, with over 15 years of expertise in structural design, analysis, and project leadership. She has recently qualified IStructe Exam and holds Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from IIT Roorkee. She brings both academic excellence and practical depth to her work. Reshma’s career spans globally recognized firms such as AECOM, HDR, COWI, and BESIX, where she contributed to some of the world’s most ambitious projects, including NEOM in Saudi Arabia, Etihad Railways in the UAE, and numerous large-scale industrial and warehouse developments across the Middle East and Asia.
