Ajith Chandran is the Founder & Managing Director of BuildNG and a seasoned Structural Engineer with over 12 years of global experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from IIT Roorkee and brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the firm. Ajith has worked on landmark international projects with renowned clients such as EMAAR, DAMAC, JAFZA, Abu Dhabi Ports, and Hilton in the Middle East, as well as Indian Railways, NHPC, NTPC, Ultratech Cements, and TATA Steel in India. His experience spans across high-rise developments, industrial and logistics hubs and hospitality buildings. At BuildNG, Ajith drives the company’s vision to deliver innovative, sustainable, and value-driven design and project management solutions. Combining deep technical acumen with a forward-looking approach, he ensures that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
