BuildNG delivered rapid value engineering for a 300,000 sq. ft. mall project in Dubai, achieving over 15% cost savings through a fast-tracked, integrated approach—all while construction was already in progress and time constraints were critical.
Given the advanced project stage, BuildNG conducted an immediate feasibility review to assess potential areas for optimization without affecting approvals or construction progress. The VE study was completed within an accelerated time frame and formed the basis for collaborative decision-making with key stakeholders.
Working closely with the contractor, client team, and design consultants, we applied an integrated, multidisciplinary approach—bringing together architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist systems to identify overlaps, re-specify inefficient elements, and streamline construction methods. Regular coordination ensured alignment across all disciplines and seamless implementation of VE changes.
